Effective Strategic Communication and Problem Solving

The advanced model of strategic communication (Paul Watzlawick and Giorgio Nardone) incorporates the ancient forms of rhetoric of persuasion and combines them with modern problem solving and with contributions taken from applicative disciplines, which study and use language as an instrument of change, such as hypnosis, psychotherapy, and modern neuroscience.

This course covers brief and strategic communication, conflict management, internal communication, patient (and family) engagement and crisis communicationand strategic problem solving. It runs in a small-group format to facilitate sharing of knowledge and experience among high-level peers.

The format is highly experiential, fun (Learning by Doing Method ) and functional, with the final creation by the participants of "hands-on projects", to integrate in their daily work activity at their return and to review through Skype Consultancies by the facilitators.
